Renovation of a Historic home in Victoria

This past year, I helped clients purchase a beautiful home on Fort St in Victoria.  This section on Fort st is home to a variety of zones including; Residential, Multi family, Commercial and Office.

Originally a family home, over the past 130 years it has had several uses ( Real Estate Office, Care Home management to name a few)  Historic home renovation

The house required a major lift for these clients who were looking for a space to move their family wealth management business into.  The home had great interior features that needed some new love and planning.  Parking downtown was tough and at the very least, this site offered generous space for employees and clients.
