Its truly remarkable that you can live 20 minutes from Downtown Victoria, yet feel like you’re in the country.    
From refurbished farm houses on acreage, to suburban family homes, modern condo buildings, and everything in between. Saanich West is plentiful in wooded areas and offers large private lots. There is a good mix of renovated older homes and newer subdivisions. There are no highrises or weekday office crowds. Older homes are being renovated and upgraded throughout Gorge-Tillicum which is bounded by the picturesque Gorge Waterway and Portage Inlet. The lower-density of Saanich West results in areas with quieter neighbourhoods and ample outdoor recreation.
