  • Supply is increasing. At the end of September 2025, active listings in Greater Victoria reached 3,812, which was up 12% from September 2024.

Victoria real estate market finds a healthy balance in autumn

October 1, 2025  A total of 554 properties sold in the Victoria Real Estate Board region this September, 3 per cent fewer than the 571 properties sold in September 2024 and 5.5 per cent more than in August 2025. Sales of condominiums decreased by 18.5 per cent from September 2024 with 154 units sold. Sales of single family homes increased by 6.3 per cent from September 2024 with 289 sold.
