Billings Spit

Billings spit is a peninsula which forms part of the mouth of the Sooke River. Many condos and townhouses as well as waterfront estates can be found in this covenient location just moments from the town center of Sooke. There is a growing business section in the downtown core, good schools, sports facilities and an excellent museum. Sooke is a popular tourist area boasting the world famous "Sooke Harbor House". It also has a local government wharf and private marinas.
