595 Pandora consists of 53 condo units and approximately 5,000 sq.ft. of commercial space. This is a total renovation of the existing vacant office building located in the downtown core across from  Mountain Equipment Coop and Victoria’s  China Town. Originally constructed in 1987 for the government, the 4 story’s tall the building was no longer required and sat vacant. Cielo properties recognized the opportunity to re purpose the building into downtown residences, re named as 595 Pandora-The Abacus, it is being completely rebuilt to meet all the latest seismic and building codes with completion expected for the beginning of 2017.
